DUPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
There are 2 formats that we can accept to produce duplications for you. The first, and more preferable, is to supply us with a digital file of your headshot. These may be brought in on CD, DVD, or a flash drive or emailed to us. The list below details what we need in terms of image size and file type to make a quality reproduction from your digital files.
8 x 10 files should be 2400 x 3000, minimum of 1200 x 1500
5 x 7 files should be 1500 x 2100, minimum of 750 x 1050
4 x 6 files should be 1200 x 1800, minimum of 600 x 900
Business cards should be 600 x 1050, minimum of 300 x 525
We accept tif, jpeg, pdf, and psd files.
We can also make copies from your 8x10 original photographs. Just remember, the quality of the scan will only be as good as the original you provide.
If you have slides or negatives, we recommend that you take them to a photo lab and have them scanned onto a disc or made into an 8x10 photographic print.
PROOFING
Before any job is printed we offer, at no additional charge, a test print. An emailed proof will not be the same as an actual proof. An email proof is for typesetting and layout. Only a physical proof will show you exactly how a duplication will look. If you are unable to come in to view your proof, one can be mailed to you for a $2.00 fee. For minor changes to any part of the layout you will be charged a $6.00 fee on top of the proof and shipping fees. If you request more extensive adjusting, which is considered retouching, that would be done at the cost of $15.00 per 10 minutes on top of the proof and shipping fees.

Photographic copies are the highest quality duplications available. They are printed on real photographic paper with a continuous tone (no dot pattern). For this reason, they appear sharper, clearer, and generally have a warmer, deeper and truer color tone.

Fiery Digital Prints are printed on laser machines using 4-color process inks.
They are printed on 10 point cardstock paper. They are printed with a dot or screen pattern.
Although they are not photographic quality, they are a suitable alternative to photographs, especially for those on a budget.

Need Retouching?
With our reproductions we provide retouching for a reasonable fee.
$15.00 (per picture) w/print order or $25.00 (per picture) w/o print order for the first 10 minutes, and $1.00 for each minute thereafter. Your retouched files can be saved to CD or emailed
for a charge of $5.00 per image.
